1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out using your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform.
• Bypass usage limits, rate limits, or subscription restrictions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or any applicable law.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable or abusive content, including sexual exploitation, threats, harassment, hateful conduct, graphic violence, and infringement of others’ rights. We may remove content, revoke public links, and suspend or terminate creators promptly. Anyone may report a shared video without signing in, and reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

3. Intellectual Property

Language Shadowing retains all rights to the Services, including software, logos, and branding. You own the text you submit and the media you generate, subject to these Terms and third-party license restrictions (for example, voices provided by cloud providers). By uploading or generating content, you grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the Services.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment cannot be processed, we may suspend or downgrade your plan. You may cancel at any time from Account settings; access remains until the end of the current billing period.

5. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, but sections regarding intellectual property, indemnity, disclaimers, and liability will survive.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is”. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Generated content may contain errors; always review it before sharing or publishing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Language Shadowing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
