Content you provide : text you submit for generation plus videos, audio, or vocabulary lists you choose to save.
Usage information : anonymized identifiers (such as the anon_id cookie), device/browser attributes, and activity logs that help us prevent abuse and troubleshoot issues.
Payment data : handled directly by Stripe. We never store full payment card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process data only for legitimate business purposes:

Providing speech synthesis, translation, and vocabulary features you request.
Operating accounts, subscriptions, and transactional emails.
Improving reliability, combating misuse, and fulfilling legal obligations.
Communicating product updates or responding to your support questions.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies such as anon_id and session cookies so the service can authenticate you, enforce daily limits, and remember your language preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but core functionality may stop working.

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with trusted processors that help us deliver the service (for example, hosting providers, email delivery partners, and payment processors). These partners are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it on our behalf.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary to provide the service or meet legal requirements. Saved videos and vocabulary entries remain in your account until you delete them or close your account. We use encryption in transit, strict access controls, and regular monitoring to protect your information; however, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Request deletion of saved content or your entire account.
